Dont know how my wife and I would have gotten around Paris w/out it. The gps and subway map are most helpful. This app is best used when you save your favorite places, we saw twice as much as anyone in our group. Its always nice to know how far you are from the sites to know whether to walk or ride the subway. The best part of the app is it doesnt need internet access which is very expensive in europe, even with the international data plan. It great within the city, looking forward to using more of them.

I LOVE the new features from the latest update. Being able to add my own pictures, add notes for each place and being able to check off where Ive visited were the only things that the app was missing, and now it has them all! This app has been perfect for helping me plan out our time in Paris. The only thing it was missing was Disneyland Paris, which I was able to manually add. This app has really helped me to figure out how to make the most of our short time there by being able to plan places to see in an efficient manner using the map feature. Im really looking forward to using it while Im there next week. So glad I got this app, definitely worth every cent! P.S. I also got the London and Rome versions and love them just as much.

It was a little differcult to use but I finally got a hang of it....this is a great app...

Helped us see all the main sights without having to do any planning ahead of time. It figures out a good order for things and provides both walking and metro directions.

I was extremely happy to find this app after finding out my phone wasnt going to work in Paris. This thing was fantastic. I can only hope the next foreign city I go to has an mtrip map as well.

Tried to use this in Paris recently. What a joke. Searching often crashed the app. The number of locations in its database was paltry, limited to mainly tourist traps. And if you managed to find a place to visit, the map was atrocious and unusable as a routing mechanism. mTrips Berlin app is somewhat decent, but this Paris version is tres terriblé.

The walking directions are indispensable and the "fill in the trip gaps" feature helped me make the most of each day. The app helped make my trip to Paris the best it could possibly be.

Has helped my planning for our upcoming trip. Seems like it will useful in country. Does not have every hotel, restaurant, etc. but has a huge selection. You can also add your finds which integrate nicely. A good value!

We used this app not only to plan our trip to Paris but during the trip as well! It was great! I even added some new restaurants you MUST try if in the area! Im only sorry I didnt have 2 more weeks to do all the things the itinerary gave us!! Next time!

Stumbled onto this app and there is very little it doesnt do. I love how it organizes your trip. We set the dates, picked our favorites and the app did the rest. Love the map view and the listing views. Also all the info about the places: when open, entrance fees, which Subway stop. Then to top it all you can share your trip with friends via a website they have specific to your trip, plus ability to upload pictures and comments. Awesome app.

Completely worth the money. The GPS not needing wifi was unbelievably excellent. I spent 1 wk in Paris and just followed myself as the little blue dot--I didnt pull out a paper map once! Loved being able to be discrete. Recommend to anyone who doesnt want to look like a dopey tourist.

Used this app to wander about Paris - pretty easy to learn; awesome that you dont have to use the data plan; all sites visited were current/accurate; Orangerie was located on the wrong side of the plaza.

Useful breadth of sights in the guide, and the off-line navigation is fantastic. I experienced a few bugs and crashes-- nothing to sweat, as an occasional restart of the app was well worth having it in hand. Do wish it was easier to switch route guidance between walking and Metroing; hope this comes in future updates. Still, cant recommend this App highly enough!

Great app! The off-line Metro trip directions are especially nice. I did have a couple of incidents where It took me a stop further than ideal , but in general it worked wonderfully .

Spent forever looking for an app with similar functionality to plan a few days in Paris. Nothing else comes close. Always you to organize sightseeing, museums, meals, etc. Few recs for future versions: Include surrounding sites (Versailles, Fountainebleu, etc) Provide option to undo smart order Make it easier to move item from one day to another Make overall map follow street as opposed to as bird flies Make it easier to enter custom sites by picking on map

This is the best travel guide app I have used on an iPhone. I love the way you can create itineraries automatically based on the location of your hotel and then you can edit them if needed. The app allows you to create customizable itineraries that you can then view on a map. It is just a great app.

Back home in the US Im so dependent on the iPhone navigation. To avoid the crazy roaming fees I turned my phone on airplane mode. This app was a lifesaver! We were able to find our way around with no problem!!

I bought the mtrip app for my Barcelona & Madrid trip and it was great. So it was a no brainier when going to Paris. Right??!! Wrong. I was unable to use this app at all. It didnt work at all. the software is very unstable. It hangs up and becomes unusable. Even a software reset didnt work. Turning the phone on/off didnt work neither. Great app if it would have worked. Waste of money. :(
